ELKS - $110 in Envelope, receipt required. Or E-transfer. $50 Cash to bartender for Tables fees.
SLOVAK - $110 in Envelope, receipt required. Or e-transfer. $50 into Tables.
BRANCH#5 - $160 in Envelopes, receipt required. Or e-transfer. Tables open.

Any Teams Re-scheduling or Forfeiting MUST CALL me & opposing Team ASAP.

Any Teams not 'showing up' or calling in a Re-Schedule/Forfeit by 6 p.m. may be fined $25.
When you don't call me........you may lose an opportunity to Play, and end up Paying. I can usually work it out if I am called!!! Another good reason to call me........
