The Bar Staff is "triple-checking" for the Envelopes - which is not necesarry if I am Notified! This is a MUST. Also, the Locations would like to know if/when Pool is cancelled, so they may proceed accordingly.
Your dates for re-scheduling must be approved also, so call them in. I can check to see if the Tables are in use, and the Bar has any conflict. You can also call the location to double-check.
BUT ALWAYS CALL ME & EMAIL ME WITH RE-SCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/FORFEITS.
