I have added insructions from tbaytel tech support to 'undo' their lock on your email from the Pool League Website.
Follow the instructions below.

Instructions as per our conversation:

1. Go to Tbay Tel Webmail Site: http://mail.tbaytel.net
2. Login to Webmail
3. Go to Settings tab on top left
4. Locate Web Access > Layout and select LookOut_3 from drop down menu; Update
5. Log out of Webmail and log back in (Layout will appear different)
6. Locate Junk folder on left hand side
7. Select message by clicking on the writing; message should appear in bottom window
8. Confirm that the message is correct and select Report as NOT Spam at top of window
9. Message will be moved to Inbox and whitelisted

Spam Filter located on top right by the email address. To turn off filter, click on tab, locate Spam Filer Setting and select I don’t want the messages I receive to be filtered for spam.
